10 Day Bison Intensive Training Camp

The Bison Intensive Training Camp offers the wrestler every aspect of systematic training. All campers will be instructed in the most current techniques in all aspects of wrestling from  set-ups and takedowns, top position to the bottom position, with an emphasis on pinning! Hard Drilling, live wrestling and  technique sessions will be the focus of the training on the mat. Off the mat sessions will focus on physical conditioning, mental toughness, and match preparation.
