5 Day Bison Elite Technique Camp

This five day Bison Elite Technique Camp is for wrestlers interested in developing their skills in folk style wrestling. This is an excellent chance to learn techniques from champions.

Wrestle with top wrestlers from North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Montana.

This camp will cover all phases of wrestling: technique, drills, bottom wrestling, top wrestling, leg wrestling, weight training, mental preparation, diet and positioning.
